Here is a good start it shows the apparently human looking ones. As already stated mr mime is the most easy to do (recognisable) human looking one, but... really do you want to go as a clown? The problem is if you pick from more than the 101 pokemon, you will have to spend all night telling people who you are and being labeled as a geek as they have no idea that pokemon even existed. Expect to see lots of badly customed electric rats.
