Yes, sometimes.
Never.

I keep meaning to, not play often by buy a ticket every now and again. I havent brought one yet, and i have been legally allowed to for a couple of years now.
My family used to play when they first started doing it, but after a year or so the exicitement went as we didnt win anything more than £10. So not really worth it.
Would be excellent to win £21 million though....but the odds are stacked against you, by quite a lot.

Bit sceptical of Camelot really. They are selling 2 million tickets an hour (Radio 2 news 1pm).
And something like 38p per pound goes to 'good causes' so where's the rest? 21 million is mostly from previous rollover
I buy 6 tickets a week, 3 on a Wednesday and 3 on a Saturday. Although today I will prolly stick an extra fivers worth on.

Don't do the lottery. It's a mug's game.
Bet on sporting events and the like when I think I can work the odss though.
I never have, and never intend to buy a lotto ticket. Its just so unlikely you'll win and a waste of money in the mean time .
Interesting that most people here seem to think they would never buy a ticket yet Sky news was saying this morning that when you get a big jackpot like this you can end up with 9 out of 10 adult people buying tickets.
Never bought one but when down the pub at lunch time had a few too many and I seem to have 8 tickets in my pocket

Trash Man, out of interest how long you been doing that for and how much of the money you've spent have you managed to recover
I buy a ticket occasionally... like today- Triple rollover 21.5m jackpot...

Quite a few years m8, and I have not had a win over £80 odd I don't think. But like they say, "you gotta be in it, to win it" Besides my other better ventures more than pay for the money I lose on the lottery each weekOriginally Posted by Kimo
