Definitely an improvement, was just having a bit of fun whilst awaiting emails from Jon.

Personally, I've no interest in seeing Facebook integrated with every part of my internet experience. I tried it for 8 months or so before deactivating my account. For some reason I felt guilty for not keeping in touch with people I hadn't seen or heard from in years, hence signing up in the first place, but the drivel and spam far outweighed my email inbox. It's also far too invasive for my tastes, so thanks for giving us the option to remove it altogether

EDIT: Mandatory DOB on profile if updating?....I was born on 1/1/1911, did you know that?

- Timeline thing, if I go down to say 2000, upto 2005 then back down to 2000 the articles stay on 2005, only when the slider are on top of each other though (there ARe articles from Jan 200 btw so its not that causing it?) Not important as to be frank I'll never use it anyway

- Trust, purely asthetic (is that spellted rite?)

The new site's ok on pc, not yet tried on phone. Nothing particularly special about the main news page although the added options are nice. The featured articles image is a bit big IMO but then I'm
an old fart.

I did find the reversed ordering odd at first but since only a few comments are shown, it makes sense to me to prioritise the latest. If all comments were shown in the article, I'd expect an option to toggle the ordering. That doesn't really apply here though as comments are forum based, where ordering is user controlled anyway.

...and on the 404 page that it shows, the MY HEXUS box incorrectly shows as not being logged in.

Posting here since it's a suggestion rather than a bug.

With regards to "Stories since last visit", would it be possible to have a "mark all as read" button please?

I mostly browse the main page for original content and press releases, for instance, aren't particularly appealing to me. When I've finished viewing relevant content in http://beta.hexus.net/new_stories/, it'd be handy to simply clear the rest in one go without having to do it manually.

I thought I was seeing things when I logged in to Hexus a couple of days ago. This explains everything!

I miss General Discussion being near the top of the page though
