    England vs. France

    Can our lads do it?

I'm trying to be patriotic and hopeful (even put a £3.33 bet on), that England will beat the best team in the world tonight. its gonna be the hardest game we've played for a while, but if we can beat, Holland, Argentina, Brazil etc. then why not France. In reallity i think we';; loose, but it will be close, hes starting with Owen which is pointless as hes crap but faster than the old french back 4, would of preffered Vassell, but c'est la vie. thoughts?

After the last world cup i dont think france are the best team in the world anymore- out in the first round- to Senegal

France will be giving their all for this game- we have to do the same to be in with a chance.

Russ, to keep things neat and tidy, we'll keep all Euro 2004 discussion (apart from the sweepstakes) in the main thread. That's what its there for mate.

    Cheers.
