I know this is gonna sound really rank, but don't knock it until you have tried it

    Cornedbeef
    jam - of your choice
    pringles

Works best if done as a triple decker sarnie.

Like I said, it sounds rank, but it tastes bloody fantastic.............well to me anyway

There is a large difference between a butty and a sandwich. A butty -> comes in a bun. A sandwich -> slices of bread.

I get my butties from guy in the market on Wednesdays, bacon they normally are, as he knows me nad my mates normally get free onions/extra bits of bacon .

In sandwichs i will eat just about anything. The only bad thing i have had is some cold roast potates, left over from christmas i think. They were not very tasty....bit bitter actually....:S

Bacon, sausage, egg, black pudding and mushrooms, topped with red and brown sauce.

Alternatively, for a light snack, Black pudding with salad cream

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hungry now.

If a butty, then a warmed ciabatta, spread one side with dijon mustard. Good quality steak, some lamb lettuce, rocket, fresh coriander and endive.

Sarnie has to be Stilton and marmalade

Doh! How did I forget me own filling

Cook off bacon (Allow to cool thoroughly!). Chop to preferred chunkiness. Mix 50/50 with a GOOD grated cheddar. Now introduce mayonaise until you have enough to bind the cheese and bacon. Then to add flavour and colour, bout 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper. (These quantitys are for around 8 rashers of good non shrinking back bacon - obviously adjust spices to taste).

    Mmmm... Must find fooood

Has to be hot smoked bacon rashers, lettuce, cucumber and some mayonaise in a chunky brown sandwich.

Top Slice of Bread (lightly toasted and buttered)
    Brown Sauce
    Thinly sliced black pudding
    Four Fried eggs
Middle Slice of Bread (lightly toasted & buttered)
    Iceberg Lettuce
    Tomato Sauce
    Lightly grilled tomatoes
    Oak smoked bacon
Bottom Slice of Bread (lightly toasted and buttered)

    I tend to use a whole freshly baked small loaf of italian style bread (approx 10' x 10' x 3': l x w x h)

Feeds three / four normal humans for breakfast or me
