I'm tempted to make a proper sig, but it might take days, months, years to decide what to put on it..
Whats the maximum height/width?

I think animations are fine aslong as they're not huge files, gotta be considerate to the 56k'ers, as for max height and width i think anything under 140 * 500 is fine, i dont know of any official rules on that.

I'm guessing it's probably not a good idea to make the animations look like a c64* loading screen either, screams of "my eyes! my eye! there burning!" and people haveing episodes all over the place.

*(very bright primary flashing colors for all those how have no idea what this fool is going on about)
