Is anyone getting 502 Errors when trying to access certain parts of the forums? I am getting them when trying to open threads such as 'http://forums.hexus.net/hexus-news/224269-news-microsoft-details-new-windows-server-8-refs-filesystem.html' when I am not signed in at the moment. However other threads are working fine, such as the General Dicussion ones?
Anyone else experiancing this (Am Running Firefox 9.0.1, on Windows 7 x64)
I can't reproduce it, but I'll flag it up to the geeks we keep chained in the dungeons of heXus towers.

That pages loaded fine for me. Try using other DNS servers maybe or flush your cache?

I had checked if it was happening on other sites, but was only able to get the error on certain parts of the Hexus Forums. However, since signing in, it has stopped. I don't have a clue what it was, but now it is back to normal while signed in, and not signed in. It also seems to only occure on FF because I have tried it on IE and it was fine.
So stumped as to what caused it, but does not seem to be an issue

When you say this, what kind of thing do you mean, I have no huge network, it is simply my (and a couple of other) pc's and a router? Unless it was part of Orranges (or bt's) network for my area failing?502 is often a case of part of your network not working.

But 502 means bad gateway, a gateway can be anything from a router to a proxy in this concept, it basically means that one "link" in the chain failed, but the systems where able to talk up to that link.

A work collegue has been having a lot of DNS errors with Orange for the last few days, maybe they're related problems?

Somebody else reported this the other day, and then it went away for them (after rebooting following some Windows Updates, although I'm sceptical that they had anything to do with it).
We have some frontend proxying so there's every chance it's that (or rather, the thing behind it is overloaded/improperly configured). I will check the logs when I have time (none right now, seeing as it's a very rare occurrence) and try to match any errors against your IP.

It seems to have been going fine all day today, so hopefully it was just a fluke somewhere in my comfiguration
I get 418 errors.
0x80040154 here, but that is the life of a windows developer, nothing says error code like a nice com error
