Also, it's basic manners to ask the admins/mods of a forum if you can post links to a rival forum. If you'd gone about it this way we would no doubt have supported you and helped out where possible. Put it down to a lesson learnt (hopefully)

but some forums have a links catagory or they dont mind you showing people your site. Its just knowing which ones.
