Question Haven't a clue!! what cpu cooler should I get?

    Hi guys,

I haven't a clue about coolers and all that crap.

I am building a new pc from scratch and was was wandering what cpu cooler I should get.

    I have a P4 3.2ghz 800mhz on a P4C800.

I could take the cpu cooler at of my 2 yr old DELL but that is prob crap, right?

So what should I be looking for in a cpu cooler and what are the ones to go for?

    Appreciate it

I like my Zalman Flower, but I don't know if anyone has them in stock. Here's a link anyway:

Edit: Although there are loads of flowers, here's the one I have:

I think this is the best one according to Zalman's website:

I've got 2 Zalman 7000s (Cu). If I was to buy again, I'd still buy a Zalman 7000 but the AlCu variety as it's just as good, lighter, and cheaper!

And I'd buy it from here, OEM for 19+VAT and FREE shipping!!!

    What are you waiting for?

Hey, i assume that as u are new to it all (like me) then you won't be overclocking??

If so then you don't need a cooler - the heatsink and fan that come with the CPU should be more than adequate.
