Apple's mind-bogglingly greedy and evil license agreement

This may be from ZDnet, which I know some of you don't care for, but this makes for some serious reading if you intend to author anything via the new iBooks....

Apple is an odd creature, they are the very epitome of the evil corporation; everything is set up to benefit them at the expense of everyone else, and yet somehow they don't have as bad a reputation as any number of their competitors (MS for one).
Jobs' reality distortion field has a wide effect it seems.

The masses rarely care about the outcome, as long as they can get to the outcome easily.
