Any hexites in Germany?

I require a set of fingerprints to be taken to submit to the RCMP in Canada for a certified criminal records check.

Now I am a British citizen but I live in the Netherlands and after being in contact with both the British and Canadian consulates here as well as the local police force I have established that there is nowhere in the Netherlands that you can get your fingerprints taken. The Canadian consulate were actually a bit miffed in their response to me as they say the RCMP should know by now that people in the Netherlands cannot obtain fingerprints.

We live about 20 mins from the German border and about 1½ hours away from Bremmen in Germany (5 hours from Berlin) I am wondering is there is anyone from Germany here that can tell me if German police forces offer fingerprinting services or of a German company that offers the service.
