Could be - if they apply the same penalty to GPS driving in the same manner that they want to raise premiums for blokes for then they'll match the reason, with a legal way (they'll get a few less bloke drivers, and a few more girl drivers to make up the high risk premium).
Visibility is going to be the limiting factor on British roads, even for a transit, well before you get close to cornering limits.

I'll eat my hat if they do, far too many imponderables. The 'safest' option is simply the lowest common denominator approach, anything else may result in understating the risk and that's very much not in the companies interest (or prior behaviour patterns).
There's also the whole multiple drivers conundrum too.
