My girlfriend recently moved in with me and one of the books she brought with her was "The best of Ogden Nash"
Anyone else read his stuff at all? I am not normally into poetry but his stuff can be quirky and absolutely hilarious, look at my sig for an example of both IMO.
The Cow by Ogden Nash
The cow is of the bovine ilk;
One end is moo, the other, milk.
Read a few of his. Yes, they are good for making ya smile, very wittyMy personal fave is WB Yeats though. A SAMPLE To be read in a very low, silky Irish accent.
