Just finished watching Season 1, C/O Vaul , and have to conclude that this is some amazing TV.

I've always been a fan of Gangster movies, Godfather, Casino, Goodfellas, Scarface, Get Carter etc. I didn't really know how well a TV series would work, but after watching this i'm truely hooked.

I like it how they pick fun at the Godfather and make references to other Gangster films. Plus having Martin Scorse play himself in some scenes is a touch of class.

Just ordered Seasons 2-4, gonna be spending a fair few nights watching them.

Anyone else like/dislike the series, best episodes etc? Just don't spoil the other seasons for me, please!

Yeah I watched that season when I was at New Zeeland I liked it too, and I have watched the other seasons..or at least some parts here and there..and I can recommend them too

I love this program! Tonight I've just finished watching series 1-3. You gotta carry on watching it. I didn't like the start of series 2 so much as there isnt much of the psychiatrist as she goes away for a bit. I'm not sure I can tell you the highlights without giving the plot away. Now, I've got to get my hands on series 4.

I think Christopher is my favourite character so far, but Paulie is good too.

Very well casted overall. I think the psychiatrist is a really good story line to the series.

Glad you're enjoying the DVD mate.

It is quality television, isn't it? I love Goodfellas, Casino, all the classics; not too hot on the Godfather movies though; my mom loves them.

I won't spoil anything, but it does get better. You're going to have some fun along the way; it stays as cool, well acted and well scripted as ever, but the storylines get better and better.

A few cast changes as well... for obvious reasons.
