My results pretty much as expected.
Well exceptional boondoggle managed to tell me I'm a miserable git.
I knew that.
Better than I expected! However I am rarely unhappy, just that on some days I'm happier than on others!

My broadband speed - 750 Meganibbles/minute
I'm average which I am surprised about, I would say i am above average in terms of happiness. A grandma who isn't doing too well and a long week at work ahead of me will probably be taking its tole!
Mods too. I am in fact a clinically miserable git. The stigma really irks me, it seems most of the time the perceived weakness just ignites peoples inner bully with the prospect of an easy target, I know because no-one's ever pulled the 'toughen up' routine on the big guy with all the scars, funny that.
I've had a couple of the 'it's just in your head' crowd, to whom I love to point out, so is a concussion and then start fondling something blunt, they usually concede the point
Get some rest
I'm not even going to attempt this right now, it might call the docs for me at the end!
When I was first diagnosed (2002) I was reet miserable, but since I accepted that that is who I am these days, I'm pretty good.
Yeah, the weather buggers me up occasionally, but folk dont seem to get me down anywhere near as much as I perceived they used to. I'm always busy, I have my hobby - which is hobbies
and I have the love of an amazing woman
I think I've pretty well re-invented myself.
and I'm also an amazingly good listener and have very broad shoulders, so if anyone needs a chat anytime ?
What an appallingly tosh piece of pop-psych nonsense masquerading as a medical tool
I'd personally take any output from that with a full box of Malden. They could have saved themselves a lot of time and effort by having a single question: how do you feel? Seriously. Half the questions have nothing to do with mental well-being - if you're introverted or anti-social it'll tell you you're miserable when you might actually be more than happy not being interested in other people (for example).
That said, if it was used as a starting point for an introspective reflection it could act as a guide someone who was inclined to examine their mental state anyway: a map through mental issues, if you like.
But as a stand-alone tool, I think that's likely to do at least as much harm as good...
EDIT: it's also not particularly helpful at the end: "Your wellbeing score is below average: why not take action to improve your mental wellbeing?" - well, because I'm feeling down and unmotivated, perhaps?!
Much the same as most of these things....useless as the q&as are far too broad.

That was about as through as asking 1 question: Are you happy?
1) Not at all
2) Not a lot
3) Sometimes
4) Most of the time
5) All the time
Hit submit to find out if you're happy...

I haven't looked at the link yet but it is all relative, I look at some people with oodles of money and they never seem to have enough I look at those with none and living off the social and they seem to not have a care in the world. Age as well, when you are younger you don't care about old age, hit mid to late 40's and you start to feel the pressure build for retirement and old age creeping up.
Yeah, All of the above!
Anyone can see the answers coming from Watford, it was as easy to score Total Grump as it is to score Ecstatically Happy.
{BTW, I've got nothing against Watford, it's just a handy distance away.}
I scored Average too, but then I've just struggled home with groceries, and haven't finished my coffee yet -- Oh, and it's raining.
Petra.
