    nildram renewal...

i know this should be in connectivity or whatever but i could do with a quick answer

got an email just now from nildram saying that my subscription is up for renewal (by the 2nd of august). we are off on holiday for 2 weeks and leave in the morning tomorrow rather early so wont be able to do anything about it..

so er what can i do if anything? send them an email saying that im off on holiday but will sort it when we get back? or just ignore it - as if it had arrived tomorrow we would already be on holiday?

    cheers people of hexus

its an ISP. if you dont renew you may have to wait ten days or so for them to reactivate the line. id try and get in touch with them sumhow.

no actually I would probably just leave it cus im lazy with things like that hehe.

Ahh right, i had a feeling it was an ISP.
In that case, me being me I would renew it, by the time you get back, if you left it, they might complain at you and not put your service back online for a couple of days > a week.
    Thats my opinion

but most of my family have been drinking / are in bed, so arent really in a state to sort it now, and we'll be leaving by 7am tomorrow morning so wont be able to sort it then either...

im guessing we'll just see what happens, if they cancel our subscription we can just re-apply when we get back and live on 56k for a couple of days

    well, hopefully anyhow!

edit: sent them a nice friendly dear sir/madam email, see what happens, hopefully they'll not deactivate my account seeing as i wont be using it for the next two weeks.. but we shall see!
