2nd BBQ this weekend
Just finished a nice long bicycle trip. Had ice cream, A++++++!!1111 would cycle again.

Scorching here. Went for a lovely walk down the valley with the dog. Must of been a good 6-7 miles total, he thought it was Christmas, he's not had a walk like that in a long time. Mum fell asleep in the garden, looks like a lobster now.

Ahem - Anniversary yesterday. A little hungover this morning. But have been for a swim at the in-laws, washed the car, ironed 5 shirts, now revising for a big interview on Friday.
One of the people interviewing me is a published consultant, so much reading of Portfolio Management theory.
No, not the city, stocks and shares, but business investments in IT, trucks, staff etc. I could explain but......<yawn>.....You'd probably throw rotten veg at me.

Went up to beyond Barmoral (Braemar) to a place we know for some diving/cliff jumping in the river + BBQ. Went to the pub on the way home for some pints too. Now catching up with the days sports news and reading a book in the sun...
Had a nice day, went up to see the parents and was going to go for lunch on Holy Island but it was packed and the fog hadn't burnt off yet (could barely see 50m in front when we were crossing the causeway) so went to Bamburgh instead, had a nice walk round after with some ice cream
I enjoyed the sun yesterday.

It didn't fall off, it merely became insufficient at it's purpose and got a bit droopy...

I have been enjoying nice hot weather for the last week.
Personally I wish it would bugger off for a couple of days and give my garden a chance to recuperate.
We're expecting half a month's worth of rain later tonight
man did I get burnt. I put sun block on but must have missed my ankles! I can hardly walk today.
