Ancient trick - there was a spate up in Morecambe years ago were people were shown genuine laptops then handed a box/briefcase full of bricks when they parted with their money. Can't believe people are still falling for it though...

TBH I think the suckers deserved what they got. The conmen pray on peoples gullibility by putting across the impression the goods are cheap because they are stolen.
