E bay Shop - seller's name removed -

Hi i recently baght an external harddrive from - an ebay seller - but had to return it as it would not work properly after returning the hdd i had no reply for weeks so when i wanted to make a dispute time had ranout now i contakted e bay and was told that it was going to get looked in to now after another feew days i go a reply from e bay saying that the only thing i could do is report the issue to the police witch i have now had to do
I thaght i would post this up just to warn all of you ebay shoppers

it was for a friend but he braght it back to me as it kept being none responsive so i sent it back

In which case, have you tried phoning them? Alternatively I'd suggest writing them a letter, but please run it through a spell-checker before you send it.

no but the police are dealing with it now
