They accepted it, validated the laptop was ok...then..out of the blue said the claim was invalid as per terms and conditions. I am pursuing it, but if you get anywhere please let me know...I also know of several others who have mysteriously had their latpop delivered to the worng address (various delivery companies), got lost and claim invalidated at the last minute. One 'missing' laptop was suddenly found after a solicitors letter arrived threatening police involvement!
You may have a better outcome. Would be good to know how it turns out.
