Transferred some money to another of my accounts online, it went into thin air. Seen on the BBC and Twitter that Natwest are having issues again, and even Nationwide customers having payments taken twice from their accounts. Got through to Customer Services (1hr queue!) said payments take up to 4hrs to process between accounts. May be a little longer due to technical issues but couldn't say more. No point in being rude at this point.
Affects Online Banking and Debit Cards for Natwest.
