Me and a Work Mate are arguing.
Every girl I've dated who's then gone on the pill has had a Bust increase (normally a cup size) and a vastly reduced period.
(Aswell as the other benefits )
Have nay of you had the same?

YES! my bust is now at a b cup! Still dont help me pic up women though!
It is true, but mainly because they tend to make you put on weight as they increase your appetite.
Mine have increased due to increased weight, up by about 1.5 cup sizes.
Can also have a period every 3 months, which is good when you are incapacitated for a day or two (more for more unfortunate people) with the pain. Which tend to be lighter and shorter
Does that answer your question?
I already knew the answerm having had more than 5 girlfriends go through it. My friend disagrees however and I can hardly say here's the proof: ask my exes
Cheers
Same here, all the girls I know have reported increased cup size and reduced periods. Not sure about the weight gain tho, as my ex actually lost about a stone in weight and yet still gained size.
yup, you get increased cup sizes due to the increase in hormones and also the weight gain, altho some make you gain more weight than others. You get shorter more painless periods and you can also decide for yourself when you're going to have your periods so as not to ruin any special events or holidays.
decide? how? little switch ya flick.... to start it?Originally Posted by Elmo

ok, say i was due to finish my packet of pills (28 days worth) on sunday, i would start my period on wednesday/thursday and that would normally run till sunday/monday, however, say i was going on holiday for a week on the friday and didnt want my period then, i would start the next pack of pills the day after i finished the last packet and then i could either delay my period for just a week, or for another month. It's quite handy.Originally Posted by XTR
I went up several cup sizes but I had to change my pill 4 times since I started it. No pill actually makes you put on weight, as Tiggerai said it increases your appetite therefore you sometimes end up eating more "instant" food such as crisps and chocolate. If you're anything like me, you have tendancies to get aggresive when hungry........ok, that could just be me.

There's a thin person in every fat person.....that's because they just ate them.
I only went up 1 bra size, went from a E to an F/FF and i tend to fluctuate between dress sizes but generally between a 14 and a 16.
Just a question, but are those things safe for long-term/constant use? I've heard that they can have some unpleasant long term side-effects and should only be used sparingly.
Secondly, whilst I know nothing of periods and the pain they bring, it somehow just doesn't sound safe to put off for weeks and months that which should normally occur in a regular pattern.
But what do I know?!

ICB(very)W but as far as I understood it it wasn't a good idea to run more than 2 packs together without a break.
effectively, The Pill simply confuses your body into thinking it is pregnant....cos you cant get pregnant when you already are, the hormone's are balanced to make your body feel pregnant.
One of the side effects of your body thinking it is pregnant is to prepare for childbirth. Weight gain and a bra cup size is quite to be expected.
There are lots of different mixtures of hormone, because every woman has a different hormone balance themselves.
You know people say a lady who has just beocme pregnant has a healthy glow, a radiance.....? Well its not quite old wives tales....the blood flow changes to the skin and the fact is that
A: When you come OFF the pill to have a period you feel lousy, not just because you have a pre mentrual situation going on BUT because you have lost the pill hormone balance.
B: When you have finished your period, and go back on the pill, you feel DOUBLEY better..not just cos the period is finished BUT because you get the first hit of hormones for over a week.
C: Your body clock settles into this routine and the effects are minimized to a certain degree.
Hope that helps.
