Indeed - adapts himself to the worlds as he knows it to be, based on the credible evidence that he has. Whether or not he was basing his quote on science or not.

But the quote is largely irrelevant to the origin of the images captured in the OP. I could be a secret military submarine, or an alien spacecraft, or localised water boiling from a directed energy source from a satellite. Non of which are particularly credible, but all those suggestions could have the GBS quote directed at them.

It still makes no difference to the most probable explanation in that it is light and shadow off a wave formation, that just happened to give an impression of something solid in the water from the perspective and viewing angle of the observers.

I can't make the film play... but I am going to believe it's a sea monster cos I like the idea of it.

    Nessy's sister most likely.

    Found another one...

On a side note, the wording on the title is just terrible, "captured" without any definition implies physical capture which this most certainly wasn't.. this was just filmed/recorded (not even captured on film) and as said before it's a naturally occuring phenominon, just because you don't see something or understand it doesn't make it unexplainable, otherwise we'd be scared to travel too far in case we fell off the edge of the Earth.

I dont what you mean by unexplainable , but I do know you could die tomorrow and not know it today , yet still do what you are doing right now , and have always done now without any regard for why your doing it or what it means - in which case you could argue you are already dead .

I could go to bed dead, and wake up alive, or go to bed alive and wake up dead?

Either way I'm most certainly not Schrodinger's Cat in terms of quantum states by your assertion that I am already dead if I was to die tomorrow

Title of thread definitely misleading. I've altered it in this reply
