13.9 is the best for me so far. Still only 2 stars. I reckon you have to go under 10 for 3...

I managed 11.3s on my 2nd attempt in a flawless run... thought that was fairly decent but just seen one of my friends on FB got 10.3s so need to improve...

I'm having the same problem as Jess Ennis in practice.........someone set those hurdles up at different stride lengths!!.....13.8 for me
