Opening ceremony = Closing ceremony = Crap.

We showed the world that we are terrible at these flowery things and our view of what is Beautiful is hugely limited.

    Re: The closing ceremony...

Given the technical difficulties a live event like this entails, I have to say I was impressed..... However, the content was not all to my personal taste...

Agree on those LEDs tho, absolutely brilliant.
    Cheers, David

The bit with Freddie Mercury on the screens in the centre was awesome, shame they then had Jessie J with Queen.

    Eric Idle was awesome!

I am not a fan of 'modern music', so a large chunk of the content was merely skipped over.

Overall, not that great, The Who were the highlight of the show for me.
