    veet/immac

Right, shaving can be a pain at times, so in the past i've resorted to veet/immac/various other hair removal creams/waxes. none of them worked. They either stink and just "burn" the hair making what was blonde, black, or it's only taken off the end of the hair leaving a sort of stubbly effect behind. I've used the various creams for legs, underarms and bikini line with the same results.

I was wondering if anyone else had the same problems or if it was just me?

Anyway, i've been thinking about trying out the new veet bladeless razor kit and wondered if it was any different and if it was worth the £6.99 most places are wanting for it?

    oppinions people please!

    Linky Link!

Oh yea, i've used the veet bladeless razor kit many times, it's worked wonders on my bikini line.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

I never had a problem with veet, when I used to use it (2 years ago, ish). It was always good stuff, as far as I knew, but I'd usually get a rash for 24 hours after using it, but the sensitive moisturising cream provided with it always helped.

    How coarse/thick is your hair?

I've just got that 'Intuition' (think thats what its called) razor thing, with the added shaving foam block round the razor itself. Its much better that faffing with shaving foam. I can never be bothered waiting for creams to work!!!

Why can't they bring a male eqivalent of veet out so we don't have to shave every single day

Would make my life easier and also many millions of men each day will not be subjected to the humiliation of tissue stuck to the face while on the bus, train etc.

Oh yeah, womens razors are well expensive, thats why my girlfriends always stealing my mach 3 and leaving blunt and smoother than a pebble. Now that hurts when you need a shave in the morning.

not if u've got sensitive skin :S a lot of people come out in rashes due to veet/immac on their legs, wouldnt want to try it on ur face. If you want something permanent, try plucking with tweezers, it takes ages, and hurts for a second but it pulls the roots out of the follicles which means either the hair doesnt grow back or it grows back v.slowly.

Your screwed if u ever want to grow a beard tho

lol nah I hate growth on my face even at like 5 o clock in the day it just irritates the hell out of me and after about 3 days of growth it gets ever so itchy so out the shaver comes.

I get told I look like Gomez Addams when I have like stubbly / 2-3 day growth so I think thats enough incentive not to grow any ever again

Immac was horrible stuff, smells like soiled nappies!
I hear the Intuition is really good, and that certain peoples boyfriends have been borrowing them!!
There's a thin person in every fat person.....that's because they just ate them.

I use an Intuition for my legs, and I have nothing but praise for them. Makes shaving in the shower less of a hassle, and I haven't cut my legs more than twice in the last 4 months :>
