and the pass will still be waiting for me on the door if i only come on the friday?

Is it open 10-6? If so, I can be there for 10am on Friday as I'm only about 1hr away.
Perhaps we can arrange to meet somewhere at midday (those who are going Friday that is)? How about the VIA stand, as they are getting us in there?

I've got to get the 7am train here to arrive at King's Cross just after 10:30, so add on another 30 ish minutes to get to Earl's Court (assuming they've not dug half of it up again) on the tube, and I should be there for about 11

Well bad news lads I'm afraid. I went today and it was DIRE! This show has really gone downhill in recent years. It's now rougly a quater of the size it was 3 or 4 years ago (about the same size as the Sony area when the PS2 was launched). I was in and out in about 60 minutes and that was dragging my heels.
The World Cyber Games was about the best thing there out of the 60 odd stands.
Sad, very sad.
From a business view the show was pretty good. I spoke to plenty of people about loads of different games. I've managed to get myself an interview with the GM of Relic for next week, as well as some other juicy gossip that's sitting on the Hexus front page right now.
