Introduced to Hexus!
Question i've always wanted to ask, how did you find Hexus in the first place.
I found the link to Hexus.net on the overclock.co.uk website when I was bored. Ohh how glad I am that I was bored that day!

I was looking to buy something, Aaron of Aaron fame said 'What about the Hexus Bargain Hunt forums?" , I said "What is this 'Hexus' of which you speak?", he linked me up right nice, I came, I saw, I stayed.
David said "Mod?" and I said "Yes" about 800 posts later, and the rest in history; or at least, will be in the future.
Erm, probably Moby dragging me along to Deckards BBQ, felt well out of place, didn't know anyone, met a fair few of the mods, and had a great time, probably getting on to 18months ago now... Doesn't time fly when you are having fun

I was in the UT 2k3 lobby of Gamespy when a bloke called Sirus sent me this link about 1700 jhuibs and the link was for Hexus, so I just browsed around the site and forums for a few days and registered.

WWW.MrsBurley.CO.UK now updated
I was searching for something and came across the Hexus website and thought it looked better than all the other pages I'd been to. Then lookin around I found you guys here.
You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?
I used to hang out on the [H]ardOCP forums, and they have a bargain hunt section. I figured that it wasn't much use to me as they only posted US bargains, and what I needed was a UK forum with a bargain section. I figured Hexus would be a good place to start looking, and whaddaya know! Then I just started hanging out here until I was hopelessly addicted.
Rich :¬)
THCi kept linking me to threads in cars n bikes, I got bored of just reading them so I signed up while watching jackass, gotta be a couple of years ago now.....and you all thought i'd get bored and go away
A friend of mine, and mod, Joshwa, directed me here from http://nelsoncolne.blogspot.com when I was looking to build my first PC.
I came, you helped me build, and I decided to remain. PC is still going strong, best I've had.
Cheers.
No trees were harmed in the creation of this message. However, many electrons were displaced and terribly inconvenienced.
I used to use the OCS boards and people kept going on about their 'Hexus' every time they were selling something.
Arrived here via the [H], and much preferred the forums.
I haven't got a clue? It was years ago. Lol
