    Now that we have finished building the network I'm working on we have gone over to 2nd/3rd line support. So people are being taken on to provide first line support. These people are being sent to us to be shown around the computer centres to get a feel for the network they will assist in supporting.

    So, one such individual turns up, is shown the contents of a cabinet and responds in awe to the large green box with a multitude of green and orange lights...'Oh...what's that?'...'Um, That's a Cisco Catalyst 6500 switch mate. It's what this network is built around, we've got about 20 of them' .....I think we are gonna have trouble with this one.
