    I don't trust any of them much, but of those mentioned, Google least of all.

    Ironically, I don't distrust Facebook with my data .... mainly because I've never given them any of it, and never will.

    Google and Facebook, both of them have a stated corporate plan to make as much money as possible from our data, and therefore cannot be trusted not to keep erroding privacy little by little. Changes billed as ease of life improvements come at a price of reduced privacy.

    Whilst all the companies mentioned gather information, the rest currently have no comercial interest in indviduals, they have little financial incentive to follow any one person.
