Hexus Instant Reply Notification emails ?

I normally get Hexus Instant Reply Notification emails but today i dont seem to be getting them at all , i wonder if anyone is experiencing this or if anyone knows if there is a problem as i need to know if ive been replyed to its a addiction and your not helping me fead it

We've had a hardware fault which has meant some downtime on and off throughout the day. Any mails may have been lost or you may get them all together once we replace the broken component.

What sort of date/time would this be - or has it already happened without me realising ?

And, just wondering, but where should we put errors? In suggestions, or here?

We are not prepared to talk ab out this until we have fully fixed the solution.

It is nothing massive to worry about but I would prefer to concentrate on having a site which runs.
