Curious what you think they rebrand?

Been with them 3 years and compared to BT based ADSL they're a dream.

Well they re-branded NTL, and NTL were my worst nighmare on acid. They couldn't provide a reliable service, provide customer support, do basic accounting, action simple requests, bother turning up when they said they would. I ended up with OFCOM gettng involved.

While Virgin can only be better than that, I will never ever do business with them.
