    What? Of me?

    You don't want to see

If you're on about the bike, all I can disclose is that it's costing me approx. £600, is fully rigid and has a cow coloured saddle.

I used to go to the gym for two hours before college on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (before work). Judo on Tuesdays and Sambo on Thursdays. Sometimes rock climbing at an indoor place in Whitefield on a Wednesday. Swimming after college on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Then, two years ago, I got a shoulder injury which means whenever I try to do something strenuous, my shoulder dislocates. Been on an NHS waiting list for the past 24 months, lost alot of fitness, strength, endurance, put on alot of weight, had personal/drug problems, went off the rails abit. BUT! Having surgery at the beginning of October which should rectify the problem - meaning I should be able to start training again after 10 months of more physiotherapy.

The only exercise I get is golf (it's a lot of walking, honest) and DDR... or Dance Dance Revolution to you n00bs Seriously though, DDR is great fun and it really gets you sweating , especially if you do something like Max 300 on Expert

Go to http://www.stepmania.com/stepmania/ and download the program and some songs. Get this adapter [http://www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog...products_id=81 and this mat http://www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog...roducts_id=292 and you're set I even modded my pad with some MDF and plexiglass, it's great now! I'll get some pics if you want.

don't do any specific excersise at present but should do - i have the problem of wishing to put on some weight rather than lose any tho - have been 6'1" & 10st for as long as i can remember so theres not much of me (but started developing a slight beer belly since passing the age of 30..which i don't wish to get out of hand)

walk 1/2 mile to work & back daily, but thats about it

will be checking this thread regularly to see what the rest of u do, for suitable suggestions methinks
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is
