I have been waiting for them to reply to a damn enote since last Wednesday, it’s not even been processed yet and is still waiting to be read! This is stupid does anyone know how I can contact them by phone, I can’t believe you can’t speak to them! Crazy!!! I desperately need to change the status of an RMA

This is Ebuyers Customer Service, Last time i called them was 1 month ago.

dont ever buy anything from ebuyer unless it is indestructable or soft and fluffy, not that helpful but its my 2c.
I buy everything from Ebuyer, they have been fantastic over the past few years.

i have never had a prob and do use them all the time, but they took 6 days to reply to a 'enote' that is poor... i hope they reopen the call center..
Yeah, even a 40minute phone wait is much better than 6days for an enote..
They should have invested their money in a better queue system, there are some quite good ones which allow a virtual queue system which phones you back when the agent is free, but then I suppose they wouldn't be fleecing you for the 0870 kickback..

it's a shame, as i do use them for school mass buys like mice, cd's, mouse mats and so on, but i will maybe have a rethink now... shame as they were always rock bottom for prices
Yup, they forget that quite a few people base business buy decisions on their own personal shopping, all they're doing is shooting themselves in the foot at every step recently..

yeah my school give me the freedom to buy as and where i like, but if stuff goes wrong they come to me first... and i if say they don't have a phone number it's gonna take a while they may take my shopping rights away
Every one i know who has bought something from Ebuyer have had an absolute nightmare getting anything out of them if the item went wrong. The reason why thier prices are so low is because they dont pay for customer service, thats the price you pay, sometimes worth the risk [shrug].
