Unfortunately I used my visa debit card to purchased it, don't have cc. I have looked up if there is something similar for debit card and this is what I have found, the chargeback scheme:

Yes, Visa's chargeback scheme is a voluntary extension of the Section 75 requirement to debit cards and <£100 transactions IIRC. I've found it to be very useful in the past - give it a try.
