    Please sponsor danielowenuk

Right here's the deal guys, I have signed up to do a sponsored skydive in aid of RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind).

Jump consists of a days training in a classroom and some practical stuff, then a jump from 10,000 feet with 2 instructors at the side of me, then talked down 5000ft from ground control (after parachute is pulled).

The minimum sponsorship I need to raise is £525 of which my work has agreed to pay half.

    All proceeds go to charity.

So please give a generously as you can.

To donate go to www.danielowenuk.info or

    email me danielowenuk(at)gmail(dot)com

I can accept all forms of payment (no jokes on that one)

    Thanks

Just to update you, my sponsorship site broke £200 in 24 hours, mainly due to the deviantforums lot (where I mod). Although there was also a guy over at kustompcs too (cheers cable monkey).

If you want to look into the charity you can over at www.rnib.org

Truly amazed at how generous everyone has been so far, I have about £150 offline, and £225 online, all that without my works contribution and still lots of family and friends still to donate, so we are over the minimum sponsorship, but I still want to raise as much as possible (maybe we could go for a grand?).

    Blatant bumpage

Raised just over £1300 so far, jump in 2 weeks.

Would really appreciate if anyone would like to donate.

Any money you donate will go directly to the Royal national institute for the blind.

    Thanks

Donated £10, all I can afford at the moment. Hopefully you'll still be taking donations when I get paid soon so I'll donate again

    Good luck!

Well just to keep you guys informed, did all the training yesterday (which btw is much more complicated than you would think).

Should have been jumping today but its way too cloudy See how weather is tomorrow though.

And a litte update too, turns out its not 10,000 feet (as it says on RNIB site), its actually 15,000 feet, so get a full minute in freefall

Thanks again to those that donated.

Today at approx 4pm I jumped out of a perfectly good aeroplane 14000 feet up in the air.

First of all would like to thank everyone that sponsored me, the response was brilliant.

Bit of a big download 33mb but video is available to watch here

Big thanks to www.3dpixelnet.com for hosting the file.

I wouldn't do that for £10million, a mansion full of Supermodels and a solid diamond and gold Ferrari Enzo.

If God had meant us to throw ourselves out of planes with nothing but a bit of sheet between us and the ground, erm... he'd have said so.

Probably via a vision and a talking duck, as is the way of God, never one for a simple phone call.

You must have balls the size of watermelons.
