I'll be up in Embra from Thursday to Monday - I've a pretty packed schedule, but if anyone is around at a time that I;m not at a show (or our tickets align) it'd be nice to bump into you.

I will be going but not until the end of the month as i am away to the Lake District for a week.
I'll probably be around, usually am at this time love the fest.
Carey Marx and News Revue are a must
We're going to see Carey on Thursday. Other highlights (hopefully) for me: Comedian's Comedian with Stuart Goldsmith, Gráinne Maguire, Michael Legge and Robin Ince, Lou Sanders and Brendon Burns. All free shows too, which is awesome.
man of taste and refinement
seen Carey 3 times now, funny as hell every time
if you get a chance to see Christrian Riley or Ben Norris its worth a shot, both free shows last year and had me rolling
PM me your mobile number and I will give you a text when im in town
Saw Christian Reilly last year, think the missus is going to see him again this year but he clashes with Brendon Burns, Susan Calman and Seymour Mace so I can get to his show this year. Already seeing Eric Lampaert on Sunday which finishes at the same time as Ben starts - did a few mad rushes last year but promised we wouldn't this year
I'll drop you a PM in a minute.
I only live 40 mins away so will most likely go a few times. This Friday will be my first day I think!

Could be... I've got Lucy Porter early afternoon, Simon Munnery at 15:55-16:55, Seymour Mace at 17:30-18:30 and Carey Marx 19:15-20:10 (not on Thursday as I previously thought) then Lou Sanders 22:30-23:20. Thursday is a long day for me, so I'll probably not be much fun in the morning (up at 4:30 to get the train, last show is Set List which finishes around 1 so I'll need my beauty sleep) but more than happy to bump into randoms during the day.
so glad to find another Carey Marx fan, saw him 11 years ago doing Albino Hunter, cracked me up completely, and his show Intensive Carey last year was superb, he's lucky to be alive tho.
If I'm honest I'm not massively familiar with his stuff, just picked up after a recent Comedians Comedian podcast and he sounds like my kind of comic - this will be my first time seeing him live.
Edit - just changed the title to reflect that it looks like a mini-meet thingy. Hope this is ok with site staff and the like, would be nice to bump into those soon to be independent (or otherwise) of the UK

Im going to see if i can get tickets for his show on Friday then, as long as it doesnt clash with my friends choices. Would be good to have a focal point for the meet
I am getting more familiar with some of the better watering holes in the area too

We're off to Pleasance Kidzone with the kids tomorrow then I'm in work for the rest of the week (St Andrew Square - so you could say I'm kinda central )
I did have your number Splash but doubt I have it still, drop me a PM
Oh and if you're eating out, and like meat... go here, seriously, go, now...
Dropped you a PM Rob - it'd be good to see you, maybe have a couple of beers and whatever.
Carey Marx is free and unticketed Dareos, we just need to make sure we get there reasonably early to get in (no idea how big the venue is, but it's about 200m from my flat, so I'll maybe check it out on Thursday when we arrive)
