    If they want the money back from the Red Cross, thats sick.... Arent they rich enough already without 'stealing' cash from a charity...

    I wonder if theres any precedent of this, where money has been donated to charity by a company in legal grief? Any law-type bods around?

    Thats downright disgusting. The idea of suing a charity is appaling, especially if its recieved the money as a donation?.

    that is completely beyond stupid. How annyoingly stupid can they be? ITS A CHARITY! Surely you can't sue a charity? Thats is just so wrong!
