    Crap@Xmas

Is it just me or did anyone else get feck all of use for xmas?
Apparently I'm difficult too buy for, I put it down to a history of never getting anything off my lists as a child and now just not bothering....

    4 cans of dry blackthorn
    2 boxes of biscuits
2 lots of Lynx Shower Gel/Deodorant
    Swiss Chocolates
    Marzipan Fruits

The only stuff I did get that was of any use was
    Work Case
£60 voucher card thing for Burtons

Well my total for this year is a truly horrible jumper (currently up for sale in the Chrimbo Sale Forum), a book by Rory Bremner... like I have EVER expressed an interest in him? and a CD organiser thingy that will come in handy but looks and works like it was in Poundsaver's discount bucket...

I don't reckon I'm hard to buy for... just ask me and I'll tell you what sort of thing I'd like... Pretty darn sure none of those three would be on any of my lists to Santa..

This Christmas was alright for me - mainly money and chocolates. I also got the 3 DVDs I asked for.

I got some booze as well, but I don't touch alcohol!

Most of my stuff is what I'll use, the others are bits and bobs everyone knows I'll love and stick on my shelves.. then I get the usual tat off my chum kerina which I would sell in xmas sale forum but tbh I doubt anyone will buy such rubbish lol - I'm overloaded with chocolates..again aswell.

I dont like it when people buy me presents. Its nice to know they thought of ya but then anything I want I can just buy myself...
I hate it when people give vouchers. I mean whats the fkn point!?!? cant they just send cash???
I got a £10 burtons voucher thing which Ill probably never use.

My best present this year was 6 bottles of beer, "6 Great Brittish Award Winning Ales". Thats the sort of present I like, can never have too much beer

Also got a tie (but i never wear them - thought will be usefull if I go for any interviews..), some socks which I dont mind - beter than clothes I wont wear or that dont fit..

Worst present was a blackgammon game. I mean, WHY? do they think im 5 years old or something!!!
However my brother got (from the same person!) a xmas lights set for the car. That has to be the WORST present EVER, seeing as though you wouldnt get it till christmas is OVER!

First message at chrimbos. I got a load of stuff from friends, most of it pretty awesome too.

A thermoelectric minature fridge/oven, filled with lager.
    Dirk Gentley series paperback.
Electric razor set AND a hair clipper set, well, I am a bit hairy...
    Talking Bottle opener.
2 Pair o' jeans, 4 tees, one of which says 'Jesus is coming, Look Busy!' and another says 'I want that one' ala Little Britain.
    4 Film DVD's, 2 comedy stand up DVD's, 2 TV show DVD's.
    Oh and a shower radio.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

I got enough Auto-Glym to clean and polish a 747 so I'm quite happy! To be honest I've not been at all interested in Christmas this year, too much else going on. Very much a one-day event for me, and I still managed to spend most of it in the garage

I just turned 18 last April, so I gained the power of the internet - I can buy whatever I want now online easily. Because of this, I think I'm quite hard to buy for because I usually buy everything I want when I want them, so by the time xmas come, I've got everything I want!

This year I got mostly chocolates.

I got 7 bottles of aftershave this year.Only 2 the same. Those were just of my wife and her side of the family lol.But 4 of the bottles have been re-used as pressies.(wot a cheap-skate,I know)Not cheap rotten stuff either.I had hoped to flog them in the xmas sale.I usually get loads of whiskey.I'd have prefered that.!!!Only managed 2 bottles so far this year and my Mam and Bro's and sis's are coming tomorrow(boxing day)with more pressies for us.

i gave up making a list several years ago when I realised no one adhere's to it. now the tactics surrounding xmas have changed. plan ahead and pick your target e.g. an expensive digi-cam or cool bike and say 'for xmas and birthday combined'...and its a better ploy to achieve what you desire...
