Oh ebuyer, why are you sooo annoying

Well i've forgotton my account details for ebuyer, not a problem, i'll just enter my name and secret question and reset my password

    WRONG

Oh no, not with ebuyer, you now need your credit card number. Now that would be fine, except my credit card changed this month, and the card was melted and put into the bin.

So i decided to use 1 of the accounts set up for my grandmothers friend when she wanted to order a game for her grandsons xmas present.

    WRONG AGAIN

Infact, you need to use a credit card with the same surname as the person the account was registered to.

Fine, i'll make a new account registered to a different email address in my name, that'll work wont it?

    AGAIN, WRONG

No, ebuyer only let you register an address once, so if i had moved house and wanted an account, but there was already 1 registered to the address, i'd have to contact Ebuyer and I would have sort it all out. Who do they think they are ????
