Help me identify the spider playing hide and seek in my grapes!

So I'm at work, happily munching my healthy snack from a leading UK supermarket when I spot a little visitor!

It's being dealt with by customer services as the store 'released' it!

Grapes were from Spain or Greece on the label so any ideas what it is?!

Got a dismissive email from the supermarket as I didn't have pics of the packaging! Told them to ring the store or I could take 2 minutes to do it myself, sounds like they're trying to fob me off to me!

It looks like a juvenile tube spider to me, they live inbetween leaves so that might explain how the little tike found his way into your grapes.

    I think it's a Very Venomous Face-Eating Spider. You've had a lucky escape.

So that's what was eating Gilbert Grape.

Actually I don't really mind spiders, or more accurately I loath flies so anything that eats those dirty little beggers is OK in my book. Still, having recently seen that spider identification chart I thought people would find it amusing.

I think I accidentally ate one of those a few months ago. No bueno.
