I have one ceramic crown on an implant. Not sure exactly what type it is. Colour match is spot on though, looks just like a normal tooth.

Thanks.
Is there a reason for preferring Emax over Zirconia?
This is just the PC nerd in me coming out (MOAR Mhz! MOAR Mbit!) but with full contour Zirconia having over three times more fluxural strength (MOAR MPa!) over Emax, and the first molar not being a very visible tooth, I had to ask that question.
I have no intent on "stress testing" the crown to see how hard it is, but you know.. PC nerds and numbers
Certainly did! . In fact when I had two done, he had two milling machines so they were done simultaneously. He's since got rid of the two and got a later model that does them twice as fast. The material has changed too and the ne ceramic doesn't need glazing and firing. Fascinating process!

After asking two other dentists friends I made since the last post, I now have four (including r_j_k_p and the dentist in Tokyo) dentists all saying that both Zirconia and Emax are very good yet all favouring Emax. I really didn't expect it to be so unanimous, but it sure makes the decision making easier.
There also seems to be a consensus that Cerec works just as well as getting it made in a separate lab. And while I am not fearful of dentists, I am happy to take the time saving of additional appointments.
So I'd like to ask if anyone can vouch for/recommend a dentistry who will do Emax through the Cerec process in London. I have Googled, and I am certainly not short on options, but I'd still prefer to go on recommendations.
