    Being ignorant.

Before registering at the Hexus forum, on Jan 31st, I asked a question through the contact form at -hexus-net/contact by selecting Reason: Question and Department: Editorial regarding this review: -hexus-net/tech/reviews/monitors/90008-iiyama-prolite-x4071uhsu-b1/
    I received no response.

I went through the same contact form again on Feb 7th, to which I also received no response. I put in a last attempt through the contact form on Feb 11th. And again there was no response.

Although the contact form is started off with:

After being ignored the first time through the contact form, I decided to register at the Hexus forum on Feb 6th by entering the required details.

After completion a message was displayed which told me that an email was sent to activate my account.
I activated my new account through the first email that I received from this board.

In response to the activation I received a thank you email.
And also a successful activation message was displayed, which encouraged me to edit options, etc in my profile.
Which I then tried to do. This failed with "you do not have permission to access this page."
I also tried to go through the My Profile link at the top of the page, to which the same permission message was displayed.
And through the Settings link next to My Profile. This displayed the settings page. But of course Edit Profile, Edit Avatar, and General Settings displayed the same permission message.

I tried several times over the next 7 hours. But all attempts failed.
So I sent an email to -forums-hexus-net on Feb 7th with a screenshot of the permission message, explaining the situation and inquiring about this.

To which I haven't received a response to this day.
And the situation hasn't changed. Still getting the permission message.

Being ignored multiple times, by the editorial team and forum team, and not being able to control my privacy settings on this forum, I'm closing my account.

So I'm doing my good deed of the day, by giving you one more opportunity to be ignorant.

    Hi,

I can't comment on the lack of response to the contact form, as that is not sent to the forum moderation team (who are not staff of HEXUS Ltd)

However this post was held for moderation, which I have now released - so welcome to the HEXUS forums.
