Help me find the right tv show

Long ago I watched a tv show where a martial arts specialist (American I think he was) went to spar with different oriental masters.

It was always a tad cheesy...as you'd expect.

But one episode sticks in.my mind.

There was a master who had such great eye contact and such a fighting stance that everytime he moved....the host of the show flinched and withdrew a step.

I recall it because it made him laugh as he found he felt he was in more real danger IMPOSED and EXPRESSED than many other of the fights he'd recorded.

I think....memory fades but I think...it was outdoors and gad a rocky terrain as though it was near a place of importance to the Master and the tv recording went to meet.him.

I've scoured youtube but I can't find what I want

I've found some great stuff...and some utter dross.....but I can't find this

Dont think it was Fight Quest, that had 2 Americans ( Jimmy Smith was one and is now co presenter of Spike TVs combat sports coverage; Bellator, PBC boxing etc).

watch the final seconds of this.. look for the UK bloke being chased backward while laughing....and not being hit.
