Not even a year since the November 2015 attack, and France is victim of yet another mass killing.
It's been labelled as a terror attack by some in the media, and while certainly terrifying, the motivation has yet to be established.
H'mm....if the mass killing was done by a non indegenous French person, then all it does is to give the right wing party more votes.....maybe that is the objective.
