Hello guys,
I just wanted to share this here and also thank everyone, the mods, the members, the community. No, I am not leaving (or dying) - I just read an old PM from someone I knew here, 8 years ago.
When I joined Hexus in 2007, I had just turned 20 I think. Was a geek (still am), putting together my gaming computers and what not. I joined as someone who wanted to learn, and ended up being part of the community. Helping others felt good, and I made friends.
Then life happened and I was gone for a very long time. Newer things came, I got busy with studies and what not. But every now and then I would remember Hexus and the community here, especially if I got into a discussion about hardware and computer rigs with anyone.
I am back now. Well, to lurking mostly, but I am trying to find more time to become a productive member once again.
All that being said, the main thing I wanted to say was that Hexus forum has a special place in my life as one of the first sources I discovered to celebrate what I love. Technology. So thank you to the forum, the mods and the members for making it such an amazing place to be.
Here's to another decade or so.
(end of nostalgic post)
