I'll be keeping a close eye - mostly to see if you can top some of my more interesting recipes

Oh, and if you ever need guest cooks who're used to being in front of a camera....

    Looks good. very stylish.

Suggestion .... having clicked "Recipes" I need some way to filter/refine. I.e. do I want soups, starters, mains or deserts?

Do I want recipes based on chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian, etc.

    Re: Cranble.com - Foodie Paradise

Just had a quick click through a few pages so a spot of feedback: It's a little confusing to have recipes for simple omelette and also cheese omelette - perhaps combine so that you have a base omelette recipe and then variations/fillings suggestions. The picture for the simple omelette looks a bit minging - the cheese one is better. And Matt's made a mistake I think in the instructions for the cheese omelette which state to fold over and then cook until it turns golden brown underneath - you of course should only fold *after* it's golden brown, or the half you've folded won't brown at all. Personally I don't fold in the pan at all, just in the act of serving on the plate as it slides off the pan.

A veggie filter would be most welcome too!

    Re: Cranble.com - Foodie Paradise

Just given it a longer look - got my juices flowing! What I really like is that its simple food looking really good.

One slight criticism, the camerawork on the herb hack was really disorientating! I don't know if it was a hand held camera on a steady cam or similar, but the image jumped slightly between takes - really unpleasant to watch! (I thought it was a problem with my download speeds at first!). I guess the intention was to make it look like a quick aside, but it didn't work (for me).

Cool, did anyone tase him? (I bet he's REALLY sick of that by now...)

Did you get him on camera too, or is that a trade secret?

So, I went ahead and made the Cranble Black 'n' Blue Burger. Was lovely! Used a really strong blue cheese too, so plenty of flavour from that.

Sorry for the poor image quality, quickly grabbed a snap then got ploughed into it.
