Having seen some of the volume of waste that's shipped around the world, it is a shocker! We all need to consume less, so if we cant get rid of our rubbish then we will stop buying naturally.
but there's the delay in the middle that's the problem....while the West buys from the East but cant send it back!

There is another aspect to this though. The West congratulates itself on reducing emissions and pollution - but that is partly because a lot of manufacturing that used to be done in the west has been exported to China.
