Just signed in on an old version of windows messenger and they're all there, wtf? :-/
hmm, tried clearing the cache and other rubish in: "C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger", it stores stuff like custom emotions, backgrounds etc. so if you delete everything in there it will get rid of that stuff, but it also get rids of other clogged up BS, sometimes i havnt even been able to sign in, so i clear that rubish and i get on fine.
Somethings gone wrong since the new version, I've tried to delete ppl I dont talk to that often, not blocked them just delted them from my contact list, I sign out and back in again n they reapear....
are u using the msn 7.0beta or the msn 6.2?
6.2, tried 7 beta but its more of a bloody kiddy fest than a chat client, nudge thing funny smilie that....
6.2, got em back now, dunno how just went into the add contacts from address book thing and started clicking random stuff, either way they've re-appeared mysteriously.
MSN is great tbh. I remember when I used to use ICQ I can actually still remember my ID although I have not used it for over 4 years.
why is everyone so honest these days? "tbh this, tbh that" lol. msn can be dodgy at times >_<, msn messenger 7 is quite nice, there is patches to disable the nudges and gay winks, and im using a longhorn skin.
When it goes gold and theres a version of plus for it I'll probably switch...
I'm running the beta of 7 and its great tbh

i was telling myself the same, until they found the DP exploit in 6.2. but there is a version of msg plus for msn messenger 7, its in beta, and you cant download it from the front page, but you can find it in the forums, works great, so does stuffplug 2
