try the 50 shot-thing at my b'day bbq knox, you know u wanna...
those lucozade energy tablets are ok, but do taste a bit cacky and stick your mouth up. i used em when i did a couple of XC mountain bike races and they kept me goin. i have never had pro-plus tho, do they really work or is it just a placebo effect?

if war is the answer, then we are asking the wrong question

the 50 shot thing has definatly gotta be done, not sure when yet though......

pro plus wor beautifully apparently, have yet to get some though, best pill i've come across (thats legal anyway ) is sainsburys pain relief capsules, they've got caffeine, ibuprofen, asprin and paracetamol in, was taking them for a headache after an all nighter but they actually woke me up aswell.

pro plus is really funny. once when i went to trax (car show) i had to be up for 3 in the morning to travel there, so i was popping pro plus all day!! mate of mine took 24 tablets in the space of an hour (drunken bet) then felt like he was stonned! lol

what would be the best brain drink? lucozades good for the body (as some one has mentioned) but what about when you want to revise, learn etc?

I saw a study sone by some australian scientists that taking creatine improved students IQ's and similarly their exam results by around 15%.

Fot those who are wondering what creatine is, its a chemical that is found in muscle, and has been used by atheletes for a few years now to help build muscle etc. It is legal in the UK, but I think its a bit dodgy.

Anyway, the amount of creatine they took wasnt that much, and there were apparently significant improvements. However to get that much creatine naturally, you would have to eat 2kg of meat, preferably raw each day.

Im not too up on all this stuff, just something I read. Google it for more info.
